Dedication to butterflies

In literature they are used many times as a symbol, associated with summer, sunshine and happiness. "Why are you looking for gold when there are so many marvellous butterflies in my country?", asked Montezuma. A Mexican girl I know once told me she was very scared of the Mexican butterflies, especially if they came into her room, because they are huge, about the size of two hands stretched out and held next to each other. Butterflies are the living proof that seemingly small things can make you happy. Happiness. Whatever it is. Having an overload of endorphins, I guess.
